How do I connect QuickBooks?

Go to your company settings, click on "Integrations", and select "Connect QuickBooks". You'll be redirected to Intuit to authorize the connection.

Why isn't my data syncing?

If your QuickBooks data isn't syncing, try disconnecting and reconnecting your account. This refreshes the authorization tokens. If issues persist, contact our technical support.

How do I export my reports?

Navigate to any report and click the "Export" button in the top right corner. You can export to PDF or Excel formats.

Is my data secure?

Yes, all data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.2+. We comply with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) and Intuit's security requirements.
